Making A Purchase
Buying from Provincial Silver is easy. Simply browse the ‘Buy Silver’ page and click on the Add to Cart button for any items that you wish to buy. After you have finished browsing, click on the View Cart button to check out. If you live in the UK, please choose the Free Shipping option at check out. If you are an overseas customer, please choose the International Delivery option. We accept payments by PayPal.

Our Contract With You
Once you have paid, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please note that this is not a formal contract. We wish to make this clear in case we have accidentally made a mistake in the list price or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Shipping And Handling (UK)
Packing, insurance and postage charges are included in our prices for UK buyers. If you live in the UK, please choose the Free Shipping option at check out.

Shipping And Handling (Europe)
Please note that an additional shipping charge of £10 per order will be added to orders from outside UK to cover additional costs and proof of delivery signature. If you live in another European country, please choose the Europe Delivery option at check out.

Note-A few buyers have experienced problems with this option, please message me if any difficulty arises.

Returns Policy
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Details can be found here.

Notification of faulty goods should be made within three days of the goods being received. You will receive a refund against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not be caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper handling.

All goods are to be returned at your expense.

If you need to return any goods, please wrap the package securely and insure the contents as it may not be possible to offer a replacement or refund on goods which are damaged or lost during return transit.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
